I create a root certificate like this:

public static Org.BouncyCastle.X509.X509Certificate GenerateRootCert(AsymmetricCipherKeyPair pair, System.Security.Cryptography.AsymmetricAlgorithm caKeyy)

I create the end certificate like this :

I would create a path certificat using the twice certeficats (root and end) like this:

    X509CertificateParser parser = new X509CertificateParser();
    PkixCertPathBuilder builder = new PkixCertPathBuilder();

    // Separate root from itermediate
    List<X509Certificate> intermediateCerts = new List<X509Certificate>();
    HashSet rootCerts = new HashSet();

    foreach (byte[] cert in additional)
    {
        Org.BouncyCastle.X509.X509Certificate x509Cert = parser.ReadCertificate(cert);

        // Separate root and subordinate certificates
        if (x509Cert.IssuerDN.Equivalent(x509Cert.SubjectDN))
            rootCerts.Add(new TrustAnchor(x509Cert, null));
        else
            intermediateCerts.Add(x509Cert);

    holder.Certificate = parser.ReadCertificate(primary);

I generate a wrong certificate? Because I have this exception: TrustAnchor found but certificate validation failed. The value of inner Exception : Public key presented not for certificate signature
