I have some resource-only dlls, I want to coonvert them to hex-format *.cpp file. And get resource from *.cpp file later. But, I don't know how to do that.

There is EnumResourceTypesEx and EnumResourceNamesEx. You can use them in that order to enumerate all resources. –  IInspectable Jan 3 '13 at 21:21

Have a look at this, I have spent severl hours to implement it. Notes: the code use C++ 11, STL, and Lambda. I compile it with Visual Studio 2010. The code is as follows:
