Is there anyway of making this script run faster I dont know which part is making it run slow. I am supposed to create a UI for a simple database, by the UI is loading very slow and i have know idea why. There must be some way in which I am coding that in inherently slow. I have looked at over the googles apps scirpt website in the optimization section but I did not find anything.

It looks like you create a (slow and expensive) connection every time you call loadlist(), which happens 4 times. Try something like this to reuse the connection:

var con = Jdbc.getCloudSqlConnection("jdbc:google:rdbms:********************");
var list = loadlist(con, "company");  
var list2 = loadlist(con, "ReportTypes");
var list3 = loadlist(con, "FieldLoacation");
var list4 = loadlist(con, "Analyst"); 
con.close();

...

function loadlist(con, name){
  var qu = con.createStatement().executeQuery("SELECT * FROM " + name);    
  var list = [""]; 
  while (qu.next()) list.push(qu.getObject("Name"));
  qu.close();
  return list;
} 

There might be other inefficiencies in your code (I only glanced at it) but this one stood out immediately.

Use the Logger class to write some debug with timings - then you'll see where the time is spent. Ctrl+Enter is a useful shortcut for viewing the logs.
