I have an Access report that generates invoices. I want to automatically save each invoice in a unique file as its generated. I had thought that the best approach would be to have the invoice be a subreport of a master report and link the CustomerID field. Each time the subreport is called, I would then save the invoice as a pdf. Unfortunately, I'm just getting a single file with all of the customers.
I have the save occurring in the Activate event in the subreport. Is there a different event I should be running this against?
