I finished making a tic-tac-toe game in java, though I received lots of errors, the main errors were 'else' without 'if' and ';' expected where it didn't need to be. This is the code:

Whenever I see "... I received lots of errors..." it tells me that you may be going about coding wrong. If you can't use an IDE you need to make sure that you compile early and often and most importantly, that you not add any new code until all compilation errors are fixed. Else you risk adding good code to bad. –  Hovercraft Full Of Eels Feb 10 '13 at 15:58

In adition to @mika's suggestion,

Also in line 213 you forgot to close a bracket:

  if(weight[1]==0){
        return 1;

    else if (weight [4] == 0)
        return 4;

Should be

    if(weight[1]==0){
        return 1;
    } else if (weight [4] == 0)
        return 4;

In the declaration of

void highlightWinner(int win1; int win2; int win3) {

You have ; instead of , (don't know which language that comes from) You need:

 void highlightWinner(int win1, int win2, int win3) {

In getRandomSquare() you forgot the semi-colon after the do while:

} while (!gotEmptySquare)

should be

} while (!gotEmptySquare);

Typo in findEmptySquare() (forgot a t)

 int weigh[] = new int[9];

should be

 int weight[] = new int[9];

Extra } at the end of the file

       squares[i].setEnabled(false);
        }
    }
}
}           

Should be

       squares[i].setEnabled(false);
        }
    }
}

After all these corrections the code compiles

Dont know if it does what you want, But the question was only about compilation errors, not errors in logic.

I strongly recomment you to start using an IDE like Netbeans (it is free), it will help you debug your program by your self.

Also it is better to compile your program and test it after every couple of lines you add, so that you don't end up with a screen full of errors when you first compile.
