IM trying to add a management certificate programmatically using Windows Azure Service Management REST API Reference

Below is the snippets used

Please tell me what else need to be enhanced to make this working with out errors

I have being returned by 411 error.

Based on the documentation here: msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/jj154123.aspx, your code is missing the data which needs to be posted. –  Gaurav Mantri Feb 14 '13 at 5:41
    
Do you mean to say I need to pass the request body like < SubscriptionCertificate xmlns=”schemas.microsoft.com/windowsazure”> <SubscriptionCertificatePublicKey>base64-public-key</SubscriptionCertificatePubl‌​icKey> <SubscriptionCertificateThumbprint>certificate-thumbprint</SubscriptionCertifica‌​teThumbprint> <SubscriptionCertificateData>base64-certificate-raw-data</SubscriptionCertificat‌​eData> </SubscriptionCertificate> can you please guide me to appropriate example like how to do this as I new to rest API –  user2020710 Feb 14 '13 at 6:20
