I am trying to create an app that gets your current geo location and stores it into an SQLite database. Then after that I want to be able to retrieve that location to view. I have the code to get the location, but after I created my database the app crashes.

This is my main activity code

try changing the name of your table to something other than tablename. Also, add a ; to to end of your create statement. –  Raghav Sood Feb 22 '13 at 6:55

Spelling mistake in PRIMARY KEY and AUTOINCREMENT

Also an extra "," after last DOUBLE

Change to...

        " (" + COLUMN_ID + " INTEGER PRIMARY KEY AUTOINCREMENT, " 
        + COULMN_LON + " DOUBLE, " + COLUMN_LAT + " DOUBLE );";

It is a simple mistake in the onCreate Method, you use the wrong constant.

Change the onCreate method to

public void onCreate(SQLiteDatabase db) {
    db.execSQL(TABLE_CREATE);
}
