I set up a macro from 2 existing ones. The first portion of code finds the first free column and assigns the header "Values". The second portion of code does the calculations using the IF FUNCTION. It goes to column A2 and gets the value populated there. According to this value it scans the "Test" column (if it is the same as in column A2 then it puts 1 in the "Values" column, if not it puts 0). Below you can find the code and screen shot showing how it works.

What I would like to do is to make this macro to find "Country" column and run the IF function through the first populated value (in this case it is A2), then assign correct values in the "Values" column and re-produce this process for another value in the "Country" column creating different Values column (e.g.Values2). This process should run until the last value in the "Country" column. Could anyone help me with this?

Out of curiosity, are you ultimately trying to figure out the number of occurrences of each country in the "Test" column? –  ikh Mar 14 '13 at 17:21

@ikh I would like to know how many records from the "Country" column do I have in the "Test" column. In this example I have only 3 values in the "Country" column (where there would be different [changeable] number of them). So the outcome which I look for is to know that United States appears 3x, Germany 1x, France 1x - and have this calculated based on values populated in the "Country" column (from first to last one). –  mgunia Mar 15 '13 at 9:50
