I have been giving myself a headache over this all day,

I've been learning Symfony over the past couple days and my problem is simple, I need to be able to log in with 3 parameters (username, password and company)

The same question has been asked here, however the asker never provided a solution: Custom Login using a Third Parameter

I have tried to start by cloning Symfony's inbuilt login by implementing a Token, Listener, Provider and Factory but whenever I insert my key into security.yml and try to log in it takes me to /login (No route found for "GET /login")

Anyone care to make my day?

OK, I Just tried again and now I have this error: Catchable Fatal Error: "Argument 1 passed to Test\SampleBundle\Security\Authentication\Provider\MyProvider::__construct() must be an instance of Symfony\Component\Security\Core\User\UserCheckerInterface, instance of Symfony\Bridge\Doctrine\Security\User\EntityUserProvider given"

do you need to add a company field in your login form or just do some logic on the company of a user whitch try to login? –  Coussinsky Mar 15 '13 at 8:51
    
I have no problems making the login form, I have that and I have my Company entity set up with a 1:M relationship with my User entity. My problem arises when trying to extend Symfony's standard user authentication (token, provider etc) –  user2171597 Mar 15 '13 at 9:57
    
so you can use the listener : loginSuccessHandler it'll allow you to add some logic after an user log in and before he get to the index –  Coussinsky Mar 15 '13 at 10:00
    
Looking at that function it does look useful, However at the moment I'm just trying to replicate Symfony's user/password auth (by extending/implementing the same classes as the user/password login uses) but it just isn't functioning. Following this guide does work for me: symfony.com/doc/current/cookbook/security/… However I don't need to use Wsse just the standard auth –  user2171597 Mar 15 '13 at 10:46
