I want to make one Android device a server that will make a HotSpot, and when another Android device connects to that HotSpot it could communicate with the server by TCP connection.
Creating the HotSpot and connecting to it works fine, but I can't connect via TCP. I am trying to connect via IP that I get after connecting to HotSpot with:

WifiManager wifiManager = (WifiManager) getSystemService(WIFI_SERVICE);
WifiInfo wifiInfo = wifiManager.getConnectionInfo();
int ip = wifiInfo.getIpAddress();

But the server and client waits for socket connection, so maybe this IP is wrong? If it is wrong, how can I receive proper IP to connect via TCP?
