I have downloaded the sample code here:

and successfully executed it and receiving pulses on my oscilloscope.

On the link above you will see I Figure 3 "Complete PWM" which I have modified shown below:

However, I am not able to get the Frequency of the pulse wave to change dynamically. I am trying to follow exactly what they do with the Duty Cycle (which is dynamic).

How do I make the frequency dynamic just like the duty cycle?

EDIT: guys - I have changed the code a little bit. Basically I added an OR statement. So if the frequency OR duty cycle changes it goes in and writes to DAQmx.

Does this make sense?

@user1068636 you could use the reference,infact local,variable inside the while loop. when you change the value it gets automatically updated in the while loop. –  Koushik Apr 10 '13 at 10:40
    
guys - i modified my code above and updated with a new diagram. Do you guys think this is more efficient way of doing it? Basically I added an OR statement to the sample code. –  user1068636 Apr 10 '13 at 19:34
