# Convert rotation matrix to be used in a different coordinate system

I have a rotation matrix from the Orocos Kinematics Library (KDL) and have to apply it in the coordinate system of the Vizard simulator. What I do need is a converted KDL rotation matrix to apply it to a point in the Vizard coordinate system. I think a solution to this problem is already provided by Dr_Sam in the following post: Matrix needed to convert rotations for one coordinate system to another.

However, I can not use exactly that solution as the view, which I intend to map to the simulator, is not along the same axes which results in the following 3x3 rotation matrices where the ones from the right have to be mapped onto the left ones:

EDIT: Maybe it is also important that the rotations in Vizard are carried out clockwise as described here: Vizard coordinate system

So what I think I need is a solution similar to the one proposed by Dr_Sam plus an additional rotation by -90 degrees around the X-Axis to equal out the viewing direction:

But I don't know how and where to apply the rotation.

I'm struggling with this for a long time and I hope you can help me!
