I do software contracting part time and have registered a single member LLC. I need to get organized and I want to know the best software (commercial or open source) I can get for the following needs. Note that I mainly a Mac for most of the development.
- Tax Preparation and Tax deductions
- Software to use has a reference for legal forms and documents
- Good Accounting
- Good office suite (I think for the mac iworks might be better than office 2008)
- Good calendaring (ical + mail are good,not sure if there is a better option)
I just want to know the best software for the business to cut down administrative time.
