Ive been following a tutorial to create a music player: http://www.androidhive.info/2012/03/android-building-audio-player-tutorial/

I followed this tutorial to every detail and have cross checked my code several times. The only difference ive used is to use long click instead of separate rewind/fastforward button which im sure isn't the problem.

Im not exactly sure what what the problem is so I hope someone can find what is wrong..

Here's my code I hope someone can figure out why my activity is failing to launch:

You forgot to initialize ibNext.

From your code I guess what's missing is

ibNext = (ImageButton) findViewById(R.id.ibNext);

If I'm right,

ibNext.setOnClickListener(new View.OnClickListener() {

is on line

 at com.timmo.music.Player.onCreate(Player.java:76)
