# how to report goodness of fit for a svyglm object?

a question about the survey package in R. I know this is very basic but I've found nothing. So:

Is there anything like an R-squared or any other statistic that would give a reader an impression of how good the model fits the data?

if you don't use `summary` you'll get a few more stats.. maybe explore the `attributes` of your `svyglm` call :) – Anthony Damico May 21 '13 at 18:58
thanks @AnthonyDamico. I used your advice to compute the Rsquared manually by taking `R2 = 1-object\$deviance/object\$null.deviance` – Florian Oswald May 22 '13 at 20:20
