I'm developing an application that is based on Spring MVC + mySQL.

I'm trying to use Spring's transaction management but for some reason the transaction is never being rolled back.

Can you please assist?

I have this service bean:

Hi,yes , everything is configure well and working(the server is starting with no exceptions). if i'll remove the throw exception part ,from the code that i've published, then the entity will be persistent in the data base –  user2414713 May 26 '13 at 6:49
