# R: how to print table with multiple arguments

I am using the following way to get p-values from fiser exact test. However, I do need to print for each pair the values "n00, n01, n10, n11". How can I print that as a table and not a matrix as below along with the p-value?

I want output to be:

The input is (mat1) and for the sake of this example, consider mat2 to be the same as mat1.

Hi roman, I edited my post above as you suggested. Input is a binary matrix (0s and 1s). And the output I want to be a vector, not a matric of just the pvalues which I get using "sapply" function –  user2308154 Jun 24 '13 at 11:16

Using data generated by this:

And changing your function to return all `n`s along with the p-value:
