I seriously need help with this issue. I am a relative newbie to access and coding. Ok so, I have a form which contains patients information. I need to create another form as a "Lab requests" form and have the selected tests emailed to the lab.
Im gonna make my question a bit easier to understand for us all. Ok so, basically I have two tables. 'tblLab Requests' and 'tblPatient Report'. So the patient report table is made into a form for data entry. What I want to create is another form that will enter the relevent data such as the ID, First Name, Surname, Badge number etc, autmatically from the main form 'frmPatient Report'. I am having major difficulties in getting the data so save to the table. I have been able to get it to show in the relevent text boxes but it wont save to the 'tblLab Requests'.
Can someone please help me sort this out. Thanks guys,
