Project Euler, problem 94

It is easily proved that no equilateral triangle exists with integral length sides and integral area. However, the almost equilateral triangle 5-5-6 has an area of 12 square units.

What do the terms "integral length sides" and "integral area" mean?

Integral length sides and integral area means the length and area are integers, i.e. numbers that can be written without a fractional or decimal component.

They mean exactly what you have understood: the value of the lengths of the sides and of the area are integers. However, the key concept there is equilateral. In that case, the area is linked with the length of a side via a formula involving sqrt(3). Since sqrt(3) is not integral, the two numbers cannot be both integers.
