I inserted a polyline snap to road. It works fine. Now, I'd like to insert another separated polyline snap to road, in the same map. And it doesn't work fine. It systematically joins the end point of the first polyline to the start point of the second polyline.

Thanks for your help.

The DirectionsService is asynchronous. Either clear the snap_path array inside the callback routine before using it or create 2 separate snap_path arrays:

working example

Note that the overview_path is "simplified" and will not necessarily follow the road. If you need the exact route you need to process through all the legs.

I tried several times with the overview_path and each time it followed the road. So what do you mean when you say that it will not necessarly follow the road ? Also, what do you mean by processing through all the legs ? Do you mean a polyline for each segment of road ? –  user2543010 Aug 1 '13 at 13:43

Indeed, I can see now how the polyline is sometimes out of the road. Now, can we say that parsing through the legs means inserting a start and end address instead of coordinates ? –  user2543010 Aug 1 '13 at 17:06
