I have created d3js examples based on mbostocks Raster & Vector Zoom example, with a little tweak to include Zoom to Bounding Box on click, implementing
d3.behavior.zoom projection zoom behaviour to create a map with
maptiles, polygons and points.

The issue is that when I adjust the projection such that it uses the zoom behaviour's translate and scale (as above) the point features are not aligned correctly on the map (they are huddled together in the top corner!). In this example the
map tiles and polygons are aligned correctly, but no such luck for the points!
The only way I can make them come out is by NOT adjusting the projection, i.e. that it DOES NOT use the zoom behaviour's translate/scale. In this example the
map tiles and points are aligned correctly, but no such luck for the polygons! Note - The transformation of points on map zoom is still a work in progress.
Is anyone out there? and if so has anyone out there a solution? From console.log it appears in the first example the polygon and point projected coordinates should align correctly, but the result is not so.
