i'vee done oltp benchmarks on my system and the configurations are as follows:

At first i just populated the database with one crore rows using sysbench and then run the benchmark with write only mode,slow_logs OFF and on 2 threads for 300 seconds and got the 17k transactions per second. after that i populate the database with 100 warehouses using TPC-C and run the benchmark using 100 warehouses and 2 connections for 900 seconds.and the results were shocking to me. only 250 transactions per minute.
i mean 100 warehouses means the rows were same as that of populated by sysbench plus the time of the test in case of TPC-C is also three fold as that of what was given in case of sysbench.
So, my question TPC-C is showing harsh results ???
