# plot the average of x versus the average of y in 4 groups

I have a data similar to the following example:

I need to plot the average of x versus the average of y in 4 groups (as an example).

For example for the above data when I sort the data frame based on x values and divide it to 4 groups and find the average of x and y in each group, I have:

I have used the following code but when I plot it, xrange is a variable in class factor and I can not find the average of each interval.
