I have two tables and one decompozition between them.

Target_of_numbers
  - targetId (with auto increment)
  - name
Numbers
  - numberId (with auto increment)
  - msisdn

Target_of_numbers_Numbers
  - targetId
  - numberId

I would like to ask how it is possible to insert into this relation if I use this Java classes

Connection conn = null;
PreparedStatement stmt = null;

Could somebody give me an advice please?

What have you tried? Have you read the javaodoc? The prepared statement tutorial? Google is your friend. Type "<some Java technology> tutorial" in Google, and you have a good chance of seeing the official tutorial for this technology as the first result. Try it with "Java prepared statement tutorial". –  JB Nizet Aug 21 '13 at 10:31
    
My goal was mainly to find a solution based on how can I save IDs of Target_of_numbers and Numbers when I do not know its values... but it looks like I solved it. In 10 minutes I will post my solution here. –  Johnny Greenwood Aug 21 '13 at 11:01

Ok, so this is my solution. I dont know if it is the best but works:

This is the main method:

public void importTargetValue(NumberImportData data, Target target, ImportType type) throws SQLException {      
    List<Statement> stmtList = new ArrayList<Statement>();

    Connection conn = null;
    PreparedStatement stmtTarget = null;
    PreparedStatement stmtNumber = null;
    PreparedStatement stmtTargetNumber = null;

    try {
        conn = getConnection();     
        Long returnedTargetId = insertTarget(conn, stmtTarget, target);

        for (TargetNumber t : data.getNumbers()) {
            Long returnedNumberId = insertNumber(conn, stmtNumber, t);
            //insert to decompozition
            insertTargetNumber(conn, stmtTargetNumber, returnedTargetId, returnedNumberId);
        }

    } finally {
        stmtList.add(stmtTarget);

        throw new SQLException("Creating target failed, no rows affected.");
    }

    generatedKeys = statement.getGeneratedKeys();
    if (generatedKeys.next()) {
        target.setTargetId(generatedKeys.getLong(1));
    } else {
        throw new SQLException("Creating target failed, no generated key obtained.");
    }      
    } finally {
        if (generatedKeys != null) try { generatedKeys.close(); } catch (SQLException logOrIgnore) {}

Insert for numbers:

    statement.setString(1, t.getMsisdn());

    int affectedRows = statement.executeUpdate();
    if (affectedRows == 0) {
        throw new SQLException("Creating number failed, no rows affected.");
    }

    generatedKeys = statement.getGeneratedKeys();
    if (generatedKeys.next()) {
        t.setNumberId(generatedKeys.getLong(1));
    } else {
        throw new SQLException("Creating number failed, no generated key obtained.");

Insert to decomposition:

        statement = conn.prepareStatement("INSERT INTO stats_target_number (targetId, numberId) VALUES (?, ?)");
        statement.setLong(1, returnedTargetId);
        statement.setLong(2, returnedNumberId);

        int affectedRows = statement.executeUpdate();
        if (affectedRows == 0) {
            throw new SQLException("Creating target failed, no rows affected.");
        } 
    } finally {

    }       
}

And some method to close Statements:

protected final void closeDbResources(Connection conn, List<Statement> stmt) {
    for (Statement s : stmt) {
        if (s != null) {
            log.debug("[SQL QUERY]: " + s);
            try {
                s.close();
            } catch (SQLException e) {}
        }           
    }
}
