hi I am working on an app which is about processing the sound. but there is the problem "terminate called throwing an exception"

I've put a breakpoint(all exceptions) to see what was going wrong and it turns out to be "this->buffer = new char[this->data_size];"

So what is output from couts ? Can you paste it as well ? Also add cout << this->data_size after you read it from file please. You have really strange line: opened = true; how you can expect error from file opening failure if you are overwriting result of f.is_open() ? :) –  Grzegorz Krukowski Sep 12 '13 at 15:03
    
I add the whole code of the file. "opened = true" is that my partner's attempt to solve the previous bug which is opening failure. LOL –  snlinot Sep 12 '13 at 15:29

I just add the code of viewcontroller.mm. The previous problem was that in the line(opened=this->f.is_open()) the file name is fine to be store in the memory, but when it comes to the next line, it fails to open the file. My partner has no idea why it could happen, so he uses a pretty violent way to solve it. hahaha –  snlinot Sep 12 '13 at 15:37
    
Where do you a declaration for buffer ? Can you add .h file listing as well ? And cout << this->data_size after you load it from file please. –  Grzegorz Krukowski Sep 12 '13 at 15:38
