This first graph is the first thing I want, it is nice:

But when I add the second part of the graph, based on the second dataset, the first legend is modified (some lines appear through the points):

I want these two legends, but I don't want the first one to be modified like this when I add the second one. Please how to do ?

You can use function guides() and inside this function for the size legend set linetype=0 using argument override.aes=.
