I've copied a program which draws a spline in java, but it's not as smooth as I'd like. Here's the program (which actually merges the program I just mentioned with another one i copied from elsewhere).

Setting the XYSplineRenderer's "precision" to larger values will increase the smoothing. Play around with 10, 15, 20, 100, etc.

XYSplineRenderer xySplineRenderer = new XYSplineRenderer();
xySplineRenderer.setPrecision(15);
