In my activity I can make a Signature drawing and I save it in my SQLite database with the "saveToDatabase" button. When I re-open the activity I want to load the drawing from my database, but I can't figure out how to! Can anyone help? I already decoded the bitmap at "Adding Signature from database", but what do I need to do next?

Here is my code:

Retrieve the byte array from your database and you can decode it with this method:

  private static Bitmap deserialize(byte[] data) throws IOException,
        ClassNotFoundException {
    ByteArrayInputStream in = new ByteArrayInputStream(data);
    ObjectInputStream is = new ObjectInputStream(in);
    return (Bitmap) is.readObject();
}

I thought i figured out the solution on the web, but it still didn't work!

here is what i tried:
