I've been looking at many sites on how to upload images using drag & drop - apparently the technique is using ajax and html5 . The problem is that I can not or have no idea how to upload work , given my limited knowledge in ajax . The sites that are used as an example : http://robertnyman.com/html5/fileapi-upload/fileapi-upload.html and http://www.devbridge.com/projects/html5-ajax-file-upload/

In case, managed to make my page look just like the models ... files are found , the response of ajax says the files have been uploaded and appear on-screen information such as image size , mime type , etc. Even in the first model , the image comes out in the form of data/base64 - but again I fall in the loop of not knowing how to treat and upload itself. Someone to help?

The main issue would be how to make the call , probably to the file .php that will send the file ( image ) by $ _POST or some other way I do not know .

For me , ideally the first example seems simple and functional . We will work on it ?
