We are having a strange problem where outlook periodically (there doesn't seem to be a logical trigger) deletes the conditional formatting I have set up. It's happened on four different computers a number of times and I'm struggling to work out why.
We have shared calendars between the machines - the calendars are based from a google calendar, we use google apps but unfortunately everyone still insists on using outlook - i know google and Microsoft don't play well, could this be the issue?)
The computers are all networked, and when I re-add and apply the conditional formatting they work again for a while.
Some computers are running Outlook 2010, some are Outlook 2007 - but the problem occurs on both. Also occurs on PCs that are Windows 7 and XP.
