I have the following bivariate function:

theta=10
ni=0.750
cop<- function(A,B,theta,ni){
   ifelse(A*B>=0,(abs(A)^(-theta)+abs(B)^(-theta))^(-1/theta)*ni,
       -(abs(A)^(-theta)+abs(B)^(-theta))^(-1/theta)*(1-ni))
} 

I would like simulate values for A and B, I have tried to use the MCMC:

cop.dens <- function(ponto, teta, ni) {
   (cop(ponto[1]+0.00005, ponto[2]+0.00005, teta, ni) - cop(ponto[1]-0.00005, ponto[2]-0.00005, teta, ni))/0.0001  
}

library(MCMCpack)
cop.sim <- MCMCmetrop1R(cop.dens, c(50, 50), logfun=FALSE, teta=theta, ni=0.75, mcmc=2000, force.samp=T)
plot(cop.sim)
plot(as.matrix(cop.sim))

but that's not really working for me. Thanks!
