I wrote this little function with ggplot:

  ggplot(i, aes(Date, EC))+
    geom_line() +
    geom_point() +
    ggtitle(unique(i$ID))
    })

This way ggplot plots as many graphs as the number of IDs that compare in the original df. Now, I must save all these plots as png images, so my question is: how can I combine ggsave within my function in order to save, e.g. ID1.png, ID2.png, etc.?

This is a piece of my original df (it has only 2 IDs, but the original one has more than 20):

Use ggsave

Assuming you have all your plots in a variable called plist, you can use sapply:

sapply(plist, function(x) ggsave(paste0(x$labels$title,".png"),x))
