I have been working on a school project and I seem to be not correctly deallocating all memory. I don't know where I missed to use free.

My code looks like this

The file Graph1.txt I am reading from is an incidence matrix with number of nodes at the beginning. There is no newline character on the end.

I am pretty sure this is an internal buffer used by printf() and is nothing to worry about (and is certainly not a problem with your code).

See this for a detailed explanation of what "still reachable" means in valgrind.
