I want to plot a 3D figure of the electric field of an antenna suspended with a variable height "h" from the ground. I wrote the following code but it doesn't seem to work.

I seem to be getting this error:
??? Error using ==> surf at 78 Z must be a matrix, not a scalar or vector.
Can I get some help plz :(
