I am trying to estimate a difference in probabilities for a glm. Specifically, I would like to create a plot just as the marginal probability plot in stata:
- one line with confidence intervals
- that shows simulated for each value of x1
- what the probability difference is when x2 (binary variable) is either 0 or 1.
