Im trying to do an application to communicate with a microcontroller using the SERIAL COM PORT of my PC.

In my program I start by sending a String ("Connect1") to microcontroller and wait for the Ack response ("Ack1_PIC") from it.

And it's everything working up to this moment.

Then I try to send another String ("Connect2") to microcontroller but it's not being received by the microcontroller and I don't know why:

Another thing I realize is that if I do 2 consecutive Writes, I receive both Strings correctly.

Any suggestion please?

Don't open your port every time you write. Open it once in a port initialization method and then close it in a tear down method as part of exiting your program. –  Shane Wealti Apr 1 at 13:52

@user3253391 Put some delay between writings like 100ms or 200ms. I had a similar problem(not in all read/write operations), I don't know the reason why but I put sleep between them and my problem solved. Maybe I was/am missing something and so it may not be a good way but it worked for me. –  alalp Apr 10 at 11:15
