# In an assignment A(I) = B, the number of elements in B and I must be the same

I try to run a SSA for some reaction. When I call dentest1(120) it works totally fine. But if I increase the number for time to be (356), MATLAB gives me this error:

I don't understand why. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Go to the line described by the error and insert a command to check the `size()` of the statements to the left and right of the equals sign. They are different sizes so it's not a valid assignment. You need to figure out why. –  Doug Lipinski Apr 18 at 4:00
