PHPStorm shows the directory but no files

Question

Hello I've installed socketo.me a few days ago, everything worked unbelievably. But for some reason now, the vendor folder has nothing in it (In PHPStorm), but If I look at it outside of phpstorm, like with windows file view, it shows all of the files and folders within the Vendor folder.

I am not sure whats happening here, I've tried restarting phpstorm, and replacing folder, no luck.

Another thing, the IDE actually can see the listing files, as when I try to open a project and browser, i see them:
