I am trying to run a simple Hello World (MKL) ScaLapack example from http://acts.nersc.gov/scalapack/hands-on/etc/pddttrdrv/pddttrdrv.c.html but I stumbled on a problem (I am using MPICH2 and my OS is Windows).

When I run the code with the MPI flags

-localonly 2

I get:

I double checked the parameters and compared with online references to see if the values are correct and I didn't seem to find issues.
