i am programming on MATLAB R2012b on a OSx 10.9 Macbook pro. I've followed some forums issues regarding the same request, compiling c on MATLAB, without success.

This are the ones who seems to help most people. And i tried both:

-http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/94092-can-i-use-xcode-4-2-to-4-6-as-my-c-or-c-compiler-in-matlab-updated-2013-02-04 (tried all the options of patches)

-MATLAB MEX can't find standard library with XCode 4.3 (Mac)

The thing is that after mex -setup, i am still getting this erros on mexopts.sh file

What errors are you seeing in actual operation? Your architecture is maci64 if you're running OS X 10.9, so those sol64, mac, and maci sections shouldn't be encountered when you run mex. – Andrew Janke May 29 '14 at 15:53
