I want to extract VIRT RES SHR data,i have tried the below regex to extract

There is no need for a complicated regex with columned data. Just use split.

Skip until the header row, and then each row has only 12 columns:

Depending on what you intend to do with this data, it may be useful to build a hash containing all of the data for every process. This program demonstrates a way to do that.

The keys for the hashes are stripped of non-alphabetic characters and converted to lower-case.
