I'm building an Android app and I need to calculate a sum of a period (hours and minutes). Pratically, I build a method that make this, but I've a problem with negative period.

In example:

First case --> is correct

```
Input 1: 3:00
Input 2: 0:30
Output: 3:30 // This is correct --> 3:00 + 0:30 = 3:30
```

Second case --> is wrong

```
Input 1: 3:00
Input 2: -0:30
Output: 3:30 // This is wrong...
Output Expected: 2:30 // --> 3:00 + (-0:30) = 2:30
```
