I want to hide and show Google map circle. Hope the API has provided any simple method but I am unable to figure it out.

And can any one let me know how to place the circle to left corner of the map?

Waiting for your help, here is my code:

Please refer to the documentation. Circle object has a setMap() method: Renders the circle on the specified map. If map is set to null, the circle will be removed. –  MrUpsidown Jul 24 '14 at 16:02

Changed this code (made "map" and "distanceWidget" global):

Added this to the HTML, hides and shows the distanceWidget:

Thanks a lot, its working like a charm but facing an problem that if i am in different zoom level and if i show the map it will be not visible i need to zoom out i need to place the circle on the map position where it is visible for user thanks in advance –  vijay Jul 25 '14 at 9:40
