Im using the latest thunderbird on a windows machine.
I would like to copy incoming email to a local folder.
- My company deleted email older then 90 days so I need to save email locally
- I access this email from 2 different computers, so I don't want it to move the mail to a local folder but automatically copy When email is copied from mailbox to computer 1s local folder, the email should stay in the mailbox so when i next check my email on computer 2, it also takes a copy to a local folder.
- I want this to be done automatically
Ive used some auto archive add-on in the past but that doesn't leave a copy in my mailbox, so that wouldn't meet the 2 computer requirement
I tried to setup a Filter which would run as emails came in, but got an error,
