I have successfully exported some tables to my Excel worksheet. The data on the file refreshes when I open the file. What I want to happen is to update the data on the Excel file even if I don't open the file. I will be sharing the data over the network by sharing a folder.

I don't know what to do now, please help me dear experts.

Sounds like you need to set a trigger on your database which opens the spreadsheet from SQL Server (using OPENROWSET) and makes the appropriate changes... but then you'd have to worry about the spreadsheet getting locked... whatever general problem you're solving, I'm not sure this is the best solution –  Yellowfog Aug 23 at 10:47
