Postgresql driver error

Question

I have this code:

But , when I try the code , I have this error:

I dont know what is the problem . I specified the ConnectionDriverName and I added to build path : postgresql-jdbc4.jar , postgresql-9.3-1100.jdbc41.jar

I resolved it . I had the persistence.xml in a wrong folder, now it is in META-INF and it works!
