We are developing some set of SOA application. Current stage needs to clarify all interfaces,, their methods list, and methods parameters. For now we have a Microsoft Word document. For example, the name of Chapter 4 is "Interfaces". Each sub-chapter represents interfaces. Its paragraphs are for data types and methods:
4.1 IMyCustomInterface 4.1.1. Data types 4.1.2. Methods 4.2 IAnothoerInterface 4.2.1. Data types 4.2.2. Authorisation Methods 4.2.3. Salary Methods 4.2.4. Report Methods
Current approach works well, but I don't think it is the best possible solution.
Could you please advise what are other possible options for technical documentation management?
Any thoughts are welcome.
