For some reason, when I try to run this code, all I get is a black screen. How can I actually get it to display what I want it to display?

I'm using Eclipse and I have added lwjgl.jar and lwjgl_utils.jar into the build path.

did you try changing the clear colour? From what I suspect you are not mapping the texture on to the geometry correctly, which will then display as black. Since your clear colour is black too, you don't see anything. –  Bartvbl Mar 4 '11 at 13:38

In render do this glColor3f(1,1,1) looks like your triangle is black.
