I'm writing a Sqlite library for java which uses C Sqlite3 code over JNI.

I think I'm having a problem with memory leaks. Can anyone help me with reviewing my code and tell me what else i need to free?

basically function opens database, executes query, makes a java 2d array out of it and send it back. Database is closed at the end.

(that garbage collection doesn't help)

Loop crashes after 1003 iterations.

why did you comment out sqlite_free(stmt); - that's a very important call –  NG. Feb 3 '11 at 12:58
    
because if i uncomment it program still crashes on the same iteration –  netuser24 Feb 3 '11 at 13:22

ok i fixed it somewhat

I added open and close db functions. Removed open and close parts from query function. At the end of query function i added sqlite3_finalize(stmt).

Now the problem is I can't have 2 databases open at the same time.
