I have a new system rolling out and one of my main task is ensuring that the data from the old system is converted to the new system.
I know what I have to do technically to make this happen. However the challenge is to get my users' cooperation and understanding to do their assigned tasks diligently. Most of them are operational users and they do not have a BA I can liaise with, so it is up to me to be the BA liaison.
My users have a lack of interest in anything that goes behind the scenes, they are only interested that the system do the job for them. So it is kind of hard to emphasize the importance of each step in my task list.
